Receives and reviews invoices from vendors, ordering of materials for the plant, assigns PO, helps control inventory, Daily ACH and check processing for vendors, bookkeeping and accounting work also.

• Enter and process vendor invoices and expense reimbursement forms

• Prepare check batches

• Communicate effectively with vendors and other employees to resolve payment processing issues

Repairs and maintains all plant refrigeration equipment. Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of the refrigeration equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Installation and startup of equipment

• Preventive Maintenance on the equipment

• Inspection of all refrigeration equipment


• Must have at least 2 years of Refrigeration or HVAC-R (Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning and Refrigeration)

• Detailed oriented.

• Operate hydraulic, air or electric hand tools

• Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse work force

• Must be 18 and authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to multi task

Mechanical skill in the service repair, understanding of mechanical devices and mechanisms, plan and coordinate preventive maintenance on equipment and the grounds of the facility.

• Facilitate the repair, servicing, trouble shooting of mechanical systems

• One to two years of previous mechanical and related experience

• Review service manuals and records to determine the frequency needed to perform preventive maintenance

Sets up pattern for each pallet and each order assembles palletizer for production run. Quality inspection of each individual pallet before transferring to shipping. Maintains documentation of production output.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Palletize product coming for fab floor according to product ID numbers ensuring that products are not mixed on pallets.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure department goals are met.

• Stacking product on pallets as it is transported to the palletizing area.

• Keying in items received into the system.

• Verifying counts on all incoming product to insure proper inventories.

• Understand stacking patterns.

• Keep are clean and well maintained.

• Basic computer and math skills for proper counting of product.

• Basic understanding of box sizes and standards.

• Time management throughout the shift to ensure proper flow of product.

• Know and follow Safety Rules.

• Always following GMP policies and procedures.


• Good judgment, strength and stamina, effective verbal and written communicator, able to work at a fast pace.

• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to lift, sit, stand and stoop. Must be able to lift 80 lbs. continuously throughout the day, must be able to stand for long periods of time, ability to understand English a plus.

• Will to work in extremely cold work environment temperatures ranging from -40 to 37 degrees.

• Monitor flow and treatment of raw sources

• Inspect equipment as required

• Monitor control panels and adjust as needed

• Testing and Sampling as necessary

• Treat with chemical as necessary
